Information entered into a search box, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the third-party service that supplies results. Belmont Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those queries on its own servers. A message sent to us contains only what the sender includes and is used to respond.

Hosting systems maintain normal server-log data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for site operation and page-use trends. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, aggregate traffic measurement, and improvements to the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links may lead to Belmont, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, library, archive, or third-party search resources. The privacy policy of the destination controls information submitted there. That includes sponsored results supplied by a third party.
